It could be that your device’s settings are causing issues here. Please see below some tips which have proven to have helped many of our Samsung users.
Ensure that you’ve installed the latest version of Sweatcoin on your device (we’re releasing new versions often now, as we constantly work to better the product).
Ensure you don't have any battery saving restrictions on your device settings for Sweatcoin.
- Ensure you open the app at least once every 12 hours
- Don't play with the time & date settings in your device -- this can interfere with our algorithm and can stop steps being converted. Ensure, instead, that your device is on auto for time and date settings
- Try rebooting your device, and finally, uninstalling and reinstalling the app
After you've taken these steps, please make sure to leave things for up to 24 hours to see if things improved.
If these steps didn't work for you, unfortunately it seems that the fault is on your devices side, and it's not allowing Sweatcoin to run smoothly in the background of your device. Sadly, in this case, we're unable to provide any additional assistance here.
