We're sorry you're having conversion issues on your Motorola!
It could be that your device’s settings are causing issues here. Please see below some tips which have proven to have helped many of our Motorola users.
Ensure that you’ve installed the latest version of Sweatcoin on your device (we’re releasing new versions often now, as we constantly work to better the product).
In your device, please swipe up to “View Apps” > “Settings” > “Battery Saver” > Ensure battery saver is switched OFF.
- Ensure that you keep your time and date settings on your device on "auto" as changing the time can affect your conversion
- Try giving your device a reboot, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Delete any pre-installed fitness/step tracking app from your device as these can interfere with our algorithm
- Make sure that you're opening the app at least a couple of times a day to jog our algorithm!
After you've taken these steps, please make sure to leave things for up to 24 hours to see if things improved.
If these steps didn't work for you, unfortunately it seems that the fault is on your devices side, and it's not allowing Sweatcoin to run smoothly in the background of your device. Sadly, in this case, we're unable to provide any additional assistance here.
