On most Android and iOS devices, we do not see any battery usage issues, however, on a handful of devices we do and we will get to the bottom of this very soon! When we first started on iOS, battery drain was an issue. With some tech wizardry over the past year, the iOS app is seldom in top-10 list.
If you are experiencing battery consumption issues, please make sure that the app is not open and operates in the background with the device screen off.
