We're sorry you're seeing a different balance after reinstalling the app.
This happens when you accidentally open a new account rather then logging back into your existing one upon re-installation, which is why you don't see your original Sweatcoin balance.
However, don't worry, it's an easy fix. Here’s what you can do:
- Uninstall and then Reinstall the Sweatcoin app again
- When reinstalling, make sure to select "Already have an account? Log in" not "Sign Up With Google/Apple" (please refer to the images below for guidance).
- Enter the email/phone number linked with your original account and you'll reenter your original account
