If an offer you purchased is not working (i.e. the code isn't working) please contact us, choose “I want a refund” from the drop-down list, and ensure that you include the following:
1) A screenshot (of your Sweatcoin balance) of your purchase receipt
2) The reason for returning the offer
We'll then look into it and get back to you ASAP. If you have an issue with the product you received from the brand, or you haven't received something yet, please contact them directly as we will only refer you to them.
Offers purchased accidentally are unable to be refunded. Please be careful and make sure you read the offer conditions before purchasing.
